His experience includes over 10 years of experience in Finance and Legal functions. Aniket was working as Finance Controller and Legal Head for Indian and Philippines operations of Fidility National Information Services Inc., Fortune 500 Company in Banking Service and Software Development. He was play a major role to establishment and setup of Rocket Internet’s Companies like Jabong.com, Fabfurnish.com, printvenue.com etc. He is a professional with rich experience in Finance, Legal and Operations of Business. Diversified experience places him a unique position to offer viable business solutions for complex legal issues. He has extensive knowledge of Finance and Legal Functions with expertise in Contract negotiations and drafting. He enjoyed being a part of various private equity and Merger & Acquisitions deals and Tax Treaty matters.
Aniket also worked as Legal and Secretarial Head of Oxigen Services, a Multinational Company acquired by Microsoft. He handled legal and secretarial departments of all 16 companies in the group. He also led the legal discussions and contract negotiations during acquisition of the group by Microsoft. Aniket’s experience also includes heading Legal Department of Barista Coffee Company Limited. Aniket appear before NCLT and NCDRC.
Deepmala
Managing Partner
Mrs. Deepmala joined SCS Partners since June 2014, as a Managing Partner. She is extensively engaged in the works of Intellectual Property Rights which includes the area of Trademark, Patents, Drafting and Research.
Apart from above, she is also going ahead with the practice of Civil and Family Matters proceedings and litigations in different Courts and High Court of Delhi, keeping in mind the enhancement of both, personal as well as of the Firm.
Besides the litigation, Mrs. Deepmala has been advising leading Companies and Firms on behalf of the SCS Partners in Legal, Contractual, Corporate matters and other Compliances. Mrs. Deepmala is a Law Graduate from Magadh University, He specialized in Intellectual Property Practice, Family Court related matters, Negotiable instrument Act Matter, Consumer Matter, National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission and is assisted by our support team.

Abhishek Sahay is a growth-oriented finance leader with 15+ years of experience helping startups and global organizations build strong financial foundations, scale operations, and navigate complex regulatory environments. He has held leadership roles with multinational companies including Teleperformance, Convergys, Concentrix, R1 RCM, and TDI, supporting fast-growing businesses across India, the U.S., and APAC.
He specializes in building finance functions from scratch, setting up lean controllership, tax, treasury, and compliance frameworks, and partnering closely with founders and CEOs to drive cash discipline, unit economics, and sustainable growth. His approach is highly hands-on, pragmatic, and execution-focused—well suited to early and growth-stage environments.
Abhishek has worked extensively with the Big4, contributing to due diligence, valuations, and M&A transactions, particularly in the Oil & Gas and services sectors, and has on-ground experience working with U.S. stakeholders in Houston, Washington DC, and New York City. He brings strong exposure to cross-border structuring, regulatory discussions, and supply-chain setup across Europe and Asia, including UAE, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.
